About

Empathy in Action. Global in Reach. Personal in Purpose.

As Executive Director of the DeNicola Family Foundation, I focus on four driving Passions: World Health, Humanitarian Recognition, Conservation, and Cultural Diplomacy. My work is about people—bringing them together, understanding one another, and creating space for growth, health, and hope.

Through programs supporting under-served communities, from providing medical access in remote African villages to empowering young filmmakers from Iraq, I aim to spark positive impact rooted in empathy, equity, and cultural exchange.

My journey is personal. I speak through the lens of lived experience, grounded in sociology, shaped by my own mental health story, and committed to the belief that caring is an action, not just an emotion. This work has taken me around the world to Malawi, Poland, China, Italy, and beyond. But at its core, it’s always been about building bridges between cultures, perspectives, generations, and hearts.

Work at the DeNicola Family Foundation

The DeNicola Family Foundation is a private, charitable foundation 501(c) (3)  rooted in the passion for advancing World Health, Cultural Diplomacy, Humanitarian Recognition and Conservation. The DeNicola Family Foundation is more than an extension of my family’s work—it’s a reflection of what I care most about: creating meaningful change through empathy, connection, and service.

While the Foundation continues the legacy of the Cosmo DeNicola Companies—a group of businesses across tech, publishing, sports, and entertainment—my focus is on the human side of that legacy. I believe caring is an action, not just an emotion. That principle guides everything we do, from elevating unheard voices to expanding access to health, culture, and opportunity.

Personal Life

I find joy and grounding in spending time with friends and family, hiking, and being outdoors with my dogs. My travels have taken me from Rwanda to Rome, Dubai to Warsaw, always in pursuit of deeper understanding and real connection. These personal moments are part of what makes my leadership feel so human.
